TERMS AND CONDITIONS
One test-drive offer per customer. You agree to complete a Galpin survey explaining why you did not purchase or lease a new Jaguar as part of the requirements to receive this offer. Your full address and Social Security Number must be supplied to Galpin Jaguar whereas you may incur tax liability. Evidence of the eligible competitive purchase or lease must be supplied to Galpin Jaguar on or before the offer expiration date listed on the Certificate at the time of the test drive. Competitive make vehicle purchased or leased must be the eligible competitive make and model listed in the appropriate boxes for the specific Jaguar vehicle that was test driven as listed on the certificate. “Comparably equipped” for the purpose of this offer requires; 1. A competitive make vehicle that has the same engine cylinder count, or greater (i.e. V8 to V8 or V12, unless specifically listed above)  2. The same body style, i.e. sedan for sedan, long wheel base model for long wheel base model (if applicable), coupe for coupe, or convertible for convertible.  3. The competitive make must have comparable major features such as navigation systems, moon roof, automatic transmission, interior trim levels, etc. All-Wheel Drive versions of the selected competitive makes are excluded from this offer (unless specifically listed above). This offer is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the person named on the certificate if all of the requirements listed on the certificate are complied with. This offer is valid in the State of California and for California residents only and for licensed driver’s 18 years or older. You agree to supply the minimum evidence below (to be retained by Galpin Jaguar) as proof of your eligible competitive-make lease or purchase.

1. A copy of a fully executed purchase or lease contract in the name of eligible claimant dated on or before the offer expiration date on the certificate.
2. A copy of the eligible competing make’s vehicle’s Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price label (MSRP/Monroney Label).
3. Evidence of eligible competitive vehicle’s California registration in the claimant’s name as listed on the certificate during the eligible offer period as dated on the certificate. 

The offer is available to private individuals only. You understand that the American Express Gift Card® may take up to 14 days to be processed and received by you. Galpin Jaguar will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift cards once received by you. No purchase from Galpin Jaguar required. If all conditions of this offer are met by you, the American Express Gift Card® must be claimed within 30 days of “test-drive” date listed on the certificate or the offer is null and void. Offer runs December 1, 2011 through February 29, 2012.
